Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: October 2, 2025

At Unlearn (Adsomia India Pvt. Ltd.), we aim to deliver quality learning experiences through our online and offline courses. Please read our refund and cancellation terms carefully before enrolling.

1. Short-Term Courses (Duration: Less than 1 Month)

- Fees paid for short-term courses are non-refundable under any circumstances.

- Once enrolled, no cancellation or refund will be entertained.

2. Long-Term Courses (Duration: 1 Month or More)

- Students are eligible to request a refund within 7 days of enrollment/payment.

- Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method.

- After 7 days, no cancellation or refund requests will be accepted.

3. General Conditions

- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of approval.

- Course fees are non-transferable to another student or course.

- Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of Trivandrum, Kerala, India.
